By accessing or using the Trystr platform ("the Platform"), including the website at trystr.co.uk and any associated mobile applications or services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Where we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use the Platform in any capacity. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years old or over and that you are legally permitted to use the Platform under the laws of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe a user is under 18 years of age.
The Platform is intended for use within the United Kingdom. If you access the Platform from outside the UK, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.
To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account details up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that we reasonably believe has been compromised, is being used fraudulently, or is in violation of these Terms.
You agree to use the Platform in a lawful, respectful, and responsible manner. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the laws of England and Wales.
You must not use the Platform to: harass, threaten, or intimidate any other user; post false, misleading, or fraudulent information; impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity; engage in any activity that involves the exploitation, trafficking, or coercion of any person; upload content involving minors in any context; distribute malware, spam, or engage in any activity that disrupts the Platform.
We operate a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of trafficking, exploitation, or coercion. Suspected violations will be reported to the relevant UK authorities.
You must not upload, post, or transmit any content that: depicts or involves any person under 18 years of age; is obtained without the consent of all persons depicted; promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination; constitutes revenge pornography or non-consensual intimate imagery; infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party; is otherwise unlawful under the laws of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to remove any content that we consider, in our sole discretion, to be in violation of these Terms or harmful to the Platform community. Repeat violations may result in permanent account termination.
Performers may be required to complete identity verification before their profile is made publicly visible. Verification may involve submitting photographic identification and a selfie for comparison.
Verification data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Verification confirms identity only. It does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, or warranty by Trystr regarding any user’s character, behaviour, or the quality of services offered.
Trystr facilitates payments between clients and performers through the Platform’s integrated wallet system. Commission rates are displayed transparently on the Pricing page and within your dashboard.
During the launch period, commission may be reduced or waived entirely. Any promotional commission rates and their duration will be clearly communicated and honoured for the stated period.
Performers may request payouts of their available balance subject to a minimum withdrawal threshold. Payouts are processed to UK bank accounts and typically arrive within 3–5 business days.
Trystr is not a party to any arrangement between performers and clients. We act solely as a technology platform facilitating connections and processing payments.
Certain features of the Platform are available only to users on paid subscription tiers. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and included features are detailed on the Pricing page.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard settings.
Refunds for subscription fees are provided at our discretion and in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
All content, design, code, trademarks, and other intellectual property associated with the Platform are owned by or licensed to Trystr. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our prior written consent.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to upload any content to the Platform and that such content does not infringe the rights of any third party.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trystr, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: your use of the Platform; your breach of these Terms; your violation of any applicable law; any content you upload to the Platform.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings. Upon closure, your profile will be removed from public listings.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the safety of other users.
Upon termination, any outstanding wallet balance (less any applicable fees) will be returned to you in accordance with our payout procedures, provided that no investigation is ongoing.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
